Subject: Introduction & January 19th meeting in Beijing

Jonathan & Jason,
I wanted to take a moment to connect you via email so you can confirm details for your scheduled meeting together on January 19th in Beijing, at the BHR offices.

As way of introduction, and as I've briefed both of you; you are both close friends of mine and partners in my core holdings and initiatives moving forward and I'm hopeful we'll find an effective and lasting path to integrate all these efforts going forward. I felt no more opportune time for you to meet than while Jason is in the region later this month.

Jonathan is the CEO of BHR and the fearless leader of the team.

Jason is a Board Director of Burnham and the other key shareholder along with me in the business. (Andrew, our President, cced here, will have a draft framework agreement for Burnham / BHR collaboration circulated prior to your meeting which can be discussed.)

Jason will also continue to be very helpful with BHR in deal sourcing for the Outbound Fund and with the fundraise for the US$ Reform Parallel Fund.

And lastly Jason owns a prepaid mobile telecom card business that has major application for distribution at Sinopec stations that I would like him to introduce to you in detail.

I'm sure you'll have many other topics to cover as well and I look forward to the feedback and outcomes. I leave the logistics with you.
