As an overview, Lineup Media Group has two main arms.


1. LineupMedia.fm <http://lineupmedia.fm> - This is our short-form arm.
LineupMedia.fm <http://lineupmedia.fm> is one of the largest podcast
networks in the world. We currently have 34 active shows and are adding
8-10 per month. In addition to podcasts, we repurpose our audio content
into vidcasts, blogs, social media postings, and radio programs. We have
just concluded a deal with Dash Radio, whereby we will have our own channel
on their platform and we will also repurpose their shows into podcasts on
our platform. All in all, between downloads, subscriptions, views, website
visits, social media impressions, and radio listeners, LineupMedia.fm
<http://lineupmedia.fm> reaches in excess of 100 million people per
month. And, we are growing month after month. You can see everything on

2. LMG Studios - This is our long-form arm. LMG Studios is a writer’s
studio. We gather stories and turn them into movie scripts, television
series scripts and books. Attached is our current LMG Studios project deck
and an informational deck on "The Company." Each of the projects attached
is finished and ready for production. "The Company" is currently our
flagship project. We have partnered with Michael Shannon and Wetzel
Entertainment for production of the series. Michael will play the lead
role of Rick Thorp. We are currently finishing the pilot script and show
bible, whereupon we will begin shopping it to Amazon, Netflix, HBO and
others. Our preliminary conversations with all of these networks has
generated a serious amount of interest. In addition to the info in the
attached deck, we are also currently working on seven other projects (two
movies and five television series). Within 60 days, all of them will be
ready to shop.


On your trip to China, we would be very interested in the following:

1. For LineupMedia.fm <http://lineupmedia.fm>, we would explore
partnering with a Chinese media firm to distribute their material here and
have them distribute our material in China (and the surrounding region).
We would also love to collaborate to produce unique content for both
markets.
2. For LMG Studios, we would explore the idea of partnering for movies
in Chinese for the Chinese market, using our scripts and writers. Further,
we would explore the idea of working with their writers to develop material
for the US/global market.
