Great to see all of you today...it seems far away now, but lacrosse season will be here before you know it!

2017 Season Preparation:
Rockville Sportsplex Winter League: Registration is now open. Looking for a team parent to take this over for this year! Link
Winter Lifting/Wall Ball: Will send wall ball workout and lifting/cardio program for those of you not playing a winter sport.
2017 Spring Break Trip
Looking to go to VA Beach from March 23-26. Waiting on final approval, but need to have interest from a minimum of 16 players before the trip will be confirmed.  Potential to play 3 Varsity games, practice on beach, and enjoy teammates.  Girls would be free to leave for SB Sun March 26- Sun, April 2. Back to school/practice Mon, April 3.
