Dear GVS Family & Friends,
Good evening! Attached -is an overview of the agenda and materials from the parent meeting today.  Everyone is disappointed with the result from our Bullis game but we, as coaches are not disappointed with the effort and FIGHT.  We hope to continue laying the groundwork and look forward to working together this season.
Practice schedule change:
Tomorrow we will hold a light training session on the track from 3:45-5 p.m. (bring tennis shoes/sneakers).
Girls Varsity Soccer Parent Meeting Agenda & Minutes Fall 2016
·       Introductions (Coach Ryan and Coach Bethany -4th year)

·       Be present, be engaged in all team activities
·       Be punctual! Show up to practice ready to work and push your teammates
·       Inform coaches of any anticipated absences
§  Transportation
·       We follow SFS rules for travelling.  Everyone must ride to the off campus venue with the team and will ONLY be allowed to leave with a parent/ guardian.

§  Team Parents: Thank you to Barbara & Joy! – help with snack coordination, team dinners, and much more.
·       Team functions. (Big Thanks in advance for the awesome potluck dinners and team gatherings for our squad).
·       Schedule posted online.
·       Emails/Memos- Weekly with updates.
§  Respect your daughters freedom on the field (please no coaching from the sideline)
§  24 hour rule
·       Please allow 24 hours before  any discussions with the coaching staff regarding any specific incident that may pertain to our program.( i.e. the day after a game)
·       End of year plans
