Kennedy Institute is proud to offer a range of special programs and exhibits to engage daily visitors in the important issues surrounding the upcoming election. The Institute, in partnership with WGBH, will host a pair of public programs focusing on the local issues that voters are considering. The programs will engage the Massachusetts community in an in-depth conversation on two of the ballot questions facing the Commonwealth this fall. We are also pleased to be joining other cultural Institutions in participating in ArtWeek Boston through a variety of events that invite our visitors to engage in the election issues that matter to them through creative expression, including spoken word and interactive art. In October, the Institute will open its first special studio exhibit featuring rarely-seen photographs by Ken Regan, documenting Senator Kennedy’s 1980 presidential campaign. Visitors will be able to tour the gallery through Inauguration Day 2017. A complementary exhibit featuring artifacts from the 1980 campaign trail will also be on display. ============================================================ And finally, it is with great excitement that I share the news that the Institute will hold its Annual Gala on Monday, October 17.
