The attached cover letter references the Owasco LLC bank account – Hunter will provide the routing and account number to you directly. Further, I understand that you, Kevin and Hunter will coordinate the necessary documentation with the bank holding Hudson West III LLC’s accounts to allow Hunter to be the authorized signatory thereto.
