Attached is a possible revision to incorporate the following.

When it comes to the MOU, probably less detail about what we are doing the better.

We will probably be well into 2017 (long before the Center is functioning) before we know where we want each of the Pillars and their employees from the Biden Foundation website to be located. UDEL, UPENN, Biden Foundation...

Section 5 "Program Development and Budgeting" is a full projection of our thinking on what we plan to do at the Biden Center.
