My brother Joe applied for the following position, which is located in Depew, NY. It’s about an hour from his home in Rochester NY. He’s been diligently looking for work for many months, and has been going to workshops in Rochester weekly. I had mentioned Amtrak to him a while ago but I really wanted him to come to his own conclusions, etc. So, he is taking a serious look at it now. There is a station in Rochester, but currently no jobs posted at that location. That said, I think that Joe understands and appreciates that Amtrak has real potential to build a career.
