Subject: Radix Strategy (Follow Up to Board Meeting)

Following the discussion at the August 2 board meeting, attached is a
proposed recommendation for Radix that Greg and I prepared. We would like
to begin implementing as soon as possible, assuming it gets approved.

Please "reply all" with one of the following:
* If you approve
* If you desire a board meeting to discuss
* If you object (and if so, why)
Depending on the outcome and, if needed for governance purposes, we will
formalize the decision later.
