As per our discussions each year at IAAD Function, IAAD thanks each and
every Federal, State, County and City Government for continued support. we
are looking forward for your support in the event any which way you can.


Thanks to those who had already sent the letters so far. Those who has
missed it, We now need your letter for 2012 -souvenir year book and your
RSVP for attending between 1:30 to 2:30 PM. SAMPLE Draft is of letter is
attached For your convenience as "Welcome Treas Flowers" from last year. The
deadline for both RSVP & Letter is extended to Friday, August 31st, 2012.


Dear Friends of IAAD:

The Indo-American Association of Delaware is pleased to announce the annual
IndiaFest celebration. The 2012 IndiaFest will be held on Saturday,
September 22, 2012 at the Bob Carpenter Center - University of Delaware
Newark, Delaware. We cordially invite you and your family to participate in
a day of cultural festivities.

The Indo-American Association of Delaware is a not for profit organization
without political or religious affiliations with the primary objective of
promoting goodwill, friendship and unity among Indo-American community.
IndiaFest is a grand interactive multimedia festival showcasing Indian food
and culture that draws over 3,500 people. This year we are hoping for an
even bigger turnout.
