provided a written report of findings to Mr. Popoviciu.

you on two conditions: (1) that you are advised that the report is
Attorney Work Product and was created under the Attorney-Client Privilege;
and, (2) that you agree not to disclose or share this report or any of its
contents to anyone else, unless we instruct you otherwise.
