Senior parents,


This link is to a brief survey to ascertain parents' views and experiences at Sidwell Friends Upper School. Please answer this as a parent: please do not answer questions as you believe your child would answer. This survey seeks to gather information on your experience as a parent, and not on your child's as a student. All questions pertain to the Upper School only.


Please do not respond to this survey if you have already participated in a focus group at school as we have already registered your opinions.
