Dear Finnegan,
As of this afternoon, I do not have a submission (either paper or electronic) of your Senior Project Release of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement. Without this form, you are unable to begin your senior project.
Consequently, you must report to school tomorrow where you will spend the day (and any future days without a completed form) in study hall. Mr. Woods and Ms. Matthews will expect to see you first thing in the morning.
However, if you fill out the attached form and send me an electronic version (which includes signatures from both you and your parents/guardians) by 9:00 p.m. this evening, you may begin your senior project as planned tomorrow.
