EMAIL DETAILS

Hey all. Attached is the VP's briefing memo that outlines the details
of tomorrow's event. The program is very informal and all of you are
invited to make remarks. A News Journal reporter and photographer will
be in attendance.


The event starts at 2:45 pm. There is ample parking behind the hospital
on Dupont St in between 7th and 8th. They have designated a fenced-in
lot for your use. You will then enter through the back and go straight
up to the 6th floor where the room is.


The VP's motorcade will depart the Lake at 2:30 pm for the hospital.
Following the event, he will depart directly en route to the Law
Enforcement Dedication event in Dover. He will fly from Dover to DC
following the second event. If anyone plans to be a part of any of
these motorcade movements, please let me know as soon as possible.
