A Board position with a healthcare company called Medquist that is
backed by SAC Capital and they would likely pay $10K a month.

You may want to mention we have also reached out to Shalala but we
have suggested he would be a great addition as well.

Joann tells me Shalala will be in DC this weekend and she may have a
chance to talk to her so we shouldn't close the door yet but I think
we need to dual track this and find out Eric's interest level.
