Dear Seniors:
I hope your week is off to a great start! There are only two weeks left to your senior project period (friendly reminder: last day is June 2), meaning that it is time to begin thinking about your senior project defenses.
Defenses will be held on Thursday, June 1, Friday, June 2, Monday, June 5, and Tuesday, June 6 from 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Attached to this email, you will find a schedule for the defenses, which includes the time and location. The faculty/staff who will be a part of the defense process are expecting a five-minute presentation about the work you have completed followed by five minutes of Q&A.
You are welcome to bring in any work that you have completed or prepare a PowerPoint/Prezi presentation (if appropriate). You do not need to create anything solely for the defense.
I will be in touch soon to follow up about the senior project presentation day (Thursday, June 8), which will include an all-school assembly and two opportunities for each student to present their project.
