As previewed at our Board Meeting last week, more than 220 top business leaders released their letter<http://www.usglc.org/downloads/2017/05/Business-Letter-Tillerson-May-22.pdf> to Secretary Tillerson today – urging him to protect State Department and USAID funding. The letter was strategically timed to arrive just prior to tomorrow’s full FY18 budget proposal from the Administration.
