2Claims for replacement devices approved by 6PM ET will be shipped and, in most cases, delivered the next day. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands cannot be shipped for next-day delivery.


3Declining deductibles: A non-refundable deductible will be charged for each approved claim. Continuously enrolled customers who go claim-free for 6-12 consecutive months save 25% off the standard deductible and at 12 consecutive claim-free months or more save 50% off the standard deductible. Declining deductibles are not applicable to the repair of connected devices and the repair of a connected device will not impact a customer’s declining deductible eligibility.


4Screen repair: $89 deductible applies. Limited to eligible devices in select areas. Newly launched device models may not be eligible for screen repair. Visit att.com/protectioncenter <https://att.com/protectioncenter> to check current eligibility. Same day repair option depends upon claim approval time and technician availability. Repairs are performed by an Asurion-certified technician and come with a 12-month warranty. Repairs may use new or refurbished parts; may contain original or non-original manufacturer parts; and may void the manufacturer warranty. Declining deductibles not applicable to screen repair and selecting screen repair option will not impact customer's declining deductible eligibility. Some colors of eligible devices are not covered. Eligible devices and available areas are both subject to change at any time.


5The ProTech and Photo Storage apps require a compatible device with AT&T wireless service. Technical limits may prevent certain features from working on all devices. App functionality requires device powered on and connected to the internet. Data charges may apply for app download. Accuracy, availability, and timeliness are not guaranteed. Free versions of the apps with limited features are also available. ProTech and Photo Storage apps provided by Asurion Mobile Applications, LLC.
