I would like to chat with both of you about this opportunity. I was
contacted by Richard McAndrews of Ballard Spahr about signing on to the
amicus brief to be filed on Monday October 23rd. The brief involves the
defendants appeal in the Matusiewicz case (courthouse shooting) and the
necessary protections against cyberstalking under VAWA. You may recall how
significant this case was and is. Particularly to the safety of children
caught in these psychotic families.
We were able to save the lives of three children because Beau knew the law
and was willing to partner with the US Attorneys Office.
