Good afternoon Board Members: Just a friendly reminder, our board meeting is one week from today, on Thursday October 26th at 12noon. The meeting will be held at our offices in Wilmington, DE, and will start at 12noon. Please let me know if you will be able to attend. Also, for those of you participating on the Governance Committee, the Nominating Committee or the Committee exploring the opportunity with Darkness to Light, please let me know if you have an update to add to the agenda. On Tuesday, October 24th we will send the "call in" number available for those of you unable to join us. Thanks again for giving your time and energy to the Beau Biden Foundation! Best— Patty Patricia Dailey Lewis, Esquire Executive Director Beau Biden Foundation for the Protection of Children www.beaubidenfoundation.org <http://www.beaubidenfoundation.org/> patty@beaubidenfoundation.org <mailto:patty@beaubidennfoundation.org> “We have seen the progress that can be made when society commits to shining a bright light on a crime like domestic violence, and we are seeing the beginning of what can be accomplished if we continue shining that bright light on child abuse. As adults, we have a legal and moral obligation to stand up and speak out for children who are being abused. These children cannot speak for themselves.” —Beau Biden > On Oct 9, 2017, at 2:00 PM, Patty Dailey Lewis <patty@beaubidenfoundation.org> wrote: > > Attached please find: > 1.
