IMPORTANT UPDATE: CHANGE OF START TIME for The George McGovern Leadership Award

Doors now opening at 3:30 PM

Dear Guests --

We are delighted that you have said you will join us on October 5 at our annual award ceremony for The George McGovern Leadership Award. This year we will honor Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton for her leadership in the fight against hunger.

Please note: Due to the Secretaryâs schedule, we will need to adjust the start time of our event, and we hope you will still be able to join us. The full details are below, however please note that doors will now open at 3:30 PM and the speaking portion of the program will begin just after 4:00 PM.

Please allow up to 45 minutes to clear security and make it upstairs to the 8th floor. We have reserved elevators especially for our guests, however due to the number of people attending, please allow for plenty of time to arrive at the Benjamin Franklin room before the speeches begin.
Schedule of Events
Security line opens â 3:00 PM
Award Ceremony doors open â 3:30 PM
Speaking program begins â 4:00 PM
Award Ceremony reception ends â 5:30 PM
