As you read his email, it sounds like I'm the bad girl try to run the show
all by myself. Let me clarify a few things:

1. All I said was that for all future correspondence, I should be included
or cced, because I want to make sure that everyone in the group gets his
message so that no one, including myself, will feel being left out or
staying in the dark again, going forward.

2. I did not ask him or by any means implicitly or explicitly suggest to
exclude anyone. All I hope to accomplish is to have a clear and straight
line of communicate so that he could stop play his gimmicks with us,
intentionally or unintentionally, to make people felt been left out or to
give him the excuse of making things vague that then in turn point figures
to one of us on the team as if that person he happened to talk to has been
a poor correspondent or not updating the team promptly.

3. I'm not interested in receiving extra emails, adding extra things on my
plate, and carefully + politely dealing with him when I could leave work
early to have dinner with better looking guys (excuse my sense of humor).
However, with all my loyalty and good intention to you, my job is to make
sure our interest is protected, everyone is on the same page, and not
letting people like Mr. Thornhill to take advantage of our interest and
collaborative effort with his well-planned miscommunication excuses.

4. Lastly, I politely but firmly reiterated to Mr. Thornhill, to Jim and
Hunter's point, that going forward, any of the proposals/ideas he discusses
(does not matter whom he talked to), must be in writing. We are always
open to have verbal discussions, but have to be straight-forward. No more
"I talked to so and so..." and then when we catch up as a team we either
find it was not exactly what he said or what he thought/we thought he
meant, and no more people felt like been left out in any of the
discussions.

5. Finally, please do not take it the wrong way about Britt. Very much
appreciative of his help, trust him very much. As such, I want to make his
job easier so that he could dedicate his full energy to watch our back and
deal with complicated legal issues, rather than also get confused and
tangled in Mr. Thornhill's messing and unorganized way of communicating.

I hope to help bring more efficiency and clear, straight-forward
communication in the process. Thank you for your understanding.

the trade and security we discussed on 19 October 2017, in New Orleans.
This covers your counter-offer and related developments on pricing since.
Accordingly, proposed adjustments in the trading security pricing and
alternative considerations are included.


In the next email the reference attachments will be forwarded in an effort
to avoid the overload of the receiving servers.


At the request of Ms. Bao, we have omitted the addresses of the Biden
family members, although we would be pleased to include them to save a step
for the two of you, if you or they prefer, of course.


We look forward to discussing this information with you as you digest it
and move forward in our relationship. We have no doubt you will be
