I'm writing to follow up on our board conversation to see if you could join us for a meeting with Deputy Secretary of State John J. Sullivan on Thursday, October 12th at 2:30 pm at the State Department. As we discussed, Deputy Secretary Sullivan has been the lead at the State Department for the Redesign process and this meeting offers an important opportunity to engage him on reform as well as on the FY19 budget process.
