** DFIs: The Most Important Institutions You've Never Heard Of

WASHINGTON, October 20, 2017: Nanno Kleiterp (https://csis.us11.list-manage.com/track/click?u=833ec271d60c6750d9c3baaac&id=907f203a6f&e=e55aaf27de) , Chairman of the Board for EDFI-the Association of European Development Finance Institutions, joins Dan Runde for this week’s Building the Future podcast (https://csis.us11.list-manage.com/track/click?u=833ec271d60c6750d9c3baaac&id=582dd3a027&e=e55aaf27de) to discuss how the environment of Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) has changed over the past year.

DFIs are government-backed institutions that invest in high-risk emerging markets and pave the way for private capital.
