Per my email a couple of days ago, attached is a one page “transition plan”. My intent was that these dates serve as deadlines to get things done but there is no reason some of them can’t be done sooner. However, I think some of these things may take 2-3 months if we are being realistic and the end of the calendar/tax year is a natural transition point for a lot of this.

I realize there is not a ton of substance on the attached but more of a to-do list that will hopefully force us to stay on a schedule.

As always, this is just a starting point for discussion. If this makes sense to you let me know.
