*We will be meeting on Sunday, November 5th at Lauren's home at 6015
Walhonding Rd, Bethesda from 7 pm to 9 pm to practice, to share and to
discuss the Breath workshops to be held in DC. We hope to meet monthly or
bi-monthly going forward to deepen our community and presence in the
District and surrounding counties. *

*And we want to plan for starting Breathwork workshops for the public in
DC, as we are doing in NYC. *

*Lauren will also be sharing news about a Breath conference in 2019.*

*We invite you to bring a vegetarian dish to share. *
