Attached is a spreadsheet that details the current monthly bills for RSA and Skaneateles.

At least through the end of October I wanted to suggest that we divide the RSA/Skaneateles bills so that you are paying 100% of those attributable to you (your parking and health insurance e.g.), I pay 100% of those attributable to me and that we split any attributable to Joan 75/25.

We have already started splitting the bills up so that effective November 1st things like your parking will be on autopay from Owasco (we can change that but that seemed like it might be easiest for you). We can figure out how to handle from November 1st forward on other things as well.

In addition, the spreadsheet shows some longer term debts - mostly credit cards and legal bills. I went ahead and paid 25% of the credit card balances and the legal bills attributable to RSA so that we could make a partial payment.

Questions/Action Items:

1) Based on the attached is it OK to transfer $13,944.60 from Owasco to RSA to cover all the bills due between now and October 31st?

2) In order to pay off and close down the credit cards (which only includes charges through September 30th), your 75% would be $37,139.25. I would like to pay those off and close them down. The bulk of that number is from the AMEX Silver card that we no longer use and that balance was accrued a few years back to get us through a cash crunch.

3) At a minimum, to cover the legal bills due to Faegre Baker Daniels for work performed on behalf of RSA/Skaneateles, your portion would be $69,291.26. This work includes the work on negotiating the transfer of RSA back to Skaneateles and the transfer of the BHR shares.

At a minimum I would like to transfer the $13,944.60 from Owasco to cover the current bills. If we can deal with #2 and #3 in the short term as well that would be great but #1 is the most time sensitive.
