As you know, you have been assigned 8.5 discipline points for driving off campus today. Accordingly, you are required to begin a 5-day LOP period on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 by seeing Crystal Matthews in the Dean's office before school to pick up your LOP packet. Your teachers and study hall proctors must sign the LOP sheet each period. As you know, you are required to attend study hall during all of your free periods, and you are not allowed to leave campus for lunch. </p>
<p>Your schedule will be placed in the schedule binder in the study hall. Please initial each period you attend. Remember to write down your work program period on your schedule next Monday AM as well.</p>
<p>Failure to begin will result in additional LOP days commensurate with the number of incomplete days of LOP before you begin. Turn your completed LOP sheets to my office (Room 13) at the end of each day. </p>
