BHR is setting up a number of shell fund entities in Cayman, with our 100% Hong Kong subsidiary as general partner of those partnerships. As part of the KYC request from our registration agency, Walkers Global, we have been asked to provide a certified copy of the current residential address proof of Mr. Biden ((e.g. current utility bill or bank account statement within three months), for Skaneateles LLC holds 10% shares of BHR. Could you please kindly arrange that and email me a scanned copy of it? Thanks.
