I am writing to invite you to USGLC's rescheduled meeting with Deputy Secretary of State John J. Sullivan on Wednesday, November 8th at 11:00 am at the State Department. As we discussed at the October Board Meeting, Deputy Secretary Sullivan has been the lead at the State Department for the Redesign process, and this meeting offers an important opportunity to engage him on reform as well as on the FY19 budget process.
