Got a call from our landlord this morning. As you know, the space next door to us is vacant, but there is now someone interested in the space. They would like to give us the right of first refusal. I believe it becomes available on December 1, but we need to decide now if we want it. It seems like there will be a need for it (either for IPS related expansion or any Security related business) and while it is not the ideal time from a cash flow point of view, we may want to jump on it now. Also, assuming we have a need for secure space, perhaps it would be ideal to make that the secure space. It may be something we want to budget for along with the security. I will find out the particulars on the rent without committing ourselves. But in the meantime, wanted to get everyone's input on this ASAP. Thoughts? Eric D.
