Apologies to all, but I can only join today’s discussion for a few minutes. As you may have already been reading, University President Harry Williams has taken a great new position with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) in Washington. He is not leaving until January, but we are beginning work on transition activities in the interim.

Hi board! Two additional documents for today’s meeting. First is a narrative summary of the BBF’s financial position. I didn’t get the information from the DCF until yesterday, so I apologize for the delay. Second is the BBF’s 990. It needs to be filed by 11/15, so we should review and vote on it today. Thank you!
