FYI below. OAS, after preliminary discussions, is interested in setting up a
meeting in early April to talk about the proposal. I asked John to send us
the exact details of the proposal so we can ensure we're all on the same
page on what is being offered. I know that it was $40k plus a success fee.
They are largely focused on Haiti at the moment. Will let you know once I
have more info and we can discuss some more.

Uzeda asked Leonardo and another guy who works in Haiti to meet us and
Rosemont in Washington DC for a formal presentation. They mentioned to fly
there in around April 4th, since Leonardo will be in Costa Rica.
