I hope this email finds you in good spirits. It was a pleasure to meet
you in Washington, D.C. at the NGA Winter Meeting a couple of weeks ago.


Just wanted to follow-up with you on your meeting Governor Beebe. It's
my understanding that you may have experienced some road blocks with
both the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System (ATRS) and Arkansas Public
Employees Retirement System (APERS). How would you like to proceed with
engagement with George Hopkins (ATRS) and Gail Stone (APERS)?

it was nice speaking with you this afternoon. Tony LaBarbera, Co-
Managing Director of Guardian Realty Investors, LLC and I look forward
to meeting with Governor Beebe this Saturday at 8:00. I can assure you
that since both Tony and I wake-up before 5:00 am, we will be early for
