June 8th will be the date for the HNTB/Amtrak reception. You have a dinner scheduled with Mayor Fenty and Amb. Al-Otaiba of the UAE that night, but do you think you could do a reception at the end of the day and then go to dinner with them on the later side? Or do you think you'll have to do dinner with the HNTB folks after the "reception"? I think you can do both but you have a better sense. Eric D.
