Hi guys,


Here is a list of opportunities that I've been developing / keeping warm as
potential money making ideas to take to NCR. We had to pass through the
India gauntlet, and then we could press on expanded opportunities, so here
we are.


The Buenos Aires opportunity in one that Eric suggested as it relates to
your relationships there. Rob also suggested India Banks and Brazil
Healthcare. There is also a Brazil opportunity in general that I have
talked to Tim about.


The rest more are less are leads/opportunities that I've tried to develop
over the last few months.


Please add or suggest any additional opportunities that you think we should
brainstorm with NCR about.


The first step with NCR is truly a brainstorm - we don't have any indication
of what they will or won't go for at this point. The goal of the brainstorm
with them would be to get direction and narrow this list and to prioritize.
We may come up completely empty with no new projects/revenue from them or we
could land several opportunities with them. We don't have enough
information at this point to handicap either way.


Prior to the brainstorm with NCR (Tim and Marija), we will have our own
session to review and discuss.
