Abdulatif can do lunch on the 24th (the day you leave for Colorado). Originally, I think you said you needed to leave by 1pm in which case we could do lunch at Noon and if you have to leave by 1pm I can continue on if necessary. Otherwise, I'll see if he can do coffee the morning of the 23rd. What do you think about squeezing lunch in on the 24th? If you are going to be too jammed, don't worry, we can figure something else out.

Remember, this is Abdulaziz's friend who is going to be the contact into KAUST, but not ultimately the decision maker. I can get a meeting with the right people at KAUST for you (they already offered to set it up), I asked Abdulatif if he wanted to have lunch because I figured it was a good way to continue to develop the relationship.
