We anticipate a great turn-out for this event as we gather in this historic city for 2 days of great discussion and world famous dining. We hope you will mark join us for this festive event! We will send weekly agenda updates to registered attendees and a full briefing will be provided a week prior to the conference. Please note that the Ritz-Carlton cannot offer that rate after our program has concluded due to a number of city-wide events that weekend. _Rooms are limited and we cannot guarantee the rate or availability if the room block sells out. The room block will close on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 and DAGA cannot guarantee rate or room availability after that date. _The Ritz Carlton requires a deposit for your first night’s stay and a credit card number when you reserve your room; as always, you are responsible making your reservation and for hotel costs. In the event you need to cancel, we will do our best to resell your room, but if we cannot, and you cancel any later than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival, you will be responsible for the hotel’s cancellation fee of one night’s charge plus tax.
