FYI, I left out the 20% incentive fees and used only 1% as a mgmt fee. Also, need to put more detailed formulas in place for compounding the money raised, etc. - I just wanted to put in a general number and it was instructive to see where the money is made - at the owner/equity level or at the salary level. It helps show where you can adjust based on "time spent" working for the BD. It seems that you want to adjust at the salary level and split the "profits" based on equity ownership rather than compensate owners at a different rate than their equity. Eric D.
