Hey Guys,

So we had our working group call this am and agreed to start drafting a
white paper, a short ppoint (for Amtrak) and a longer ppoint for the
breakfast. We're having a follow up call to discuss drafts next week. Jeff
from HNTB is taking the lead on putting together the documents. Also, Joan
McDonald (currently the Commissioner on NY DoT) is expected to be the new
Chair of the NEC Commission - will want to reach out to her as we do Amtrak
to make sure we have their support before the breakfast.
