Spoke to Jeremy, outlined the deal, he reiterated things were moving forward very well for us. Apparently Todd has told him that if they decide to enter the commercial office market it will be with us based on impressions from our interactions. Strong words and key term is "if", but nice feedback and a departure from where they were in December.

On the deal he said he wanted to think about the dynamics over night and see if it would be accretive to the process (ie. He doesn't want to derail the process).
