Hi guys,


I wanted to see if we could get together when you are both in town tomorrow
or Wednesday.


I wanted to bring you up to speed on where we are with Cataphora and the
thinking about using this deal as a catalyst to launch a late stage tech
fund around. John DeLoche and I have mapped out a field of potential LPs.
And we have started to develop a deal pipeline. I'd love to strategize with
the both of you and get your thoughts around different ways we could
structure and put something like this together.


Would dinner work on Tuesday (4/5), anytime after 6pm? Or how about
breakfast on Wednesday (4/6) - maybe 8am?
