Our May Board meeting is only a month away!

The meeting is scheduled for March 18-19 in Rosemont, IL at the Hyatt Rosemont hotel (about 5 miles from O'Hare airport).

Schedule of events:
Wednesday, May 18 - Board dinner (cocktails and dinner at 6:00 PM)
Thursday, May 19 - Board meeting (8:30AM, concluding around 2-3 PM)

There are two Hyatts by the airport. We are staying at the Hyatt Rosemont and not the Hyatt Regency O'Hare. They both have shuttles and we need to make sure people know to get on the right one. Regular hours for the shuttle operation are 6am until 10:30pm. Shuttle stop is the Bus Shuttle Center at the door number one. After 10:30 PM, guests need to contact hotel directly for transportation at 847-518-1234.
From hotel, shuttle service is on demand and there is no schedule time or advance schedule requested.

Please let me know if you will be attending and if you will need a room for the night of May 18th.
