We get loads of reports from the UN, World Bank etc on funding programs and I came across this one for the World Bank Sustainable Infrastructure Action Plan. It covers the years 07-11, but will obviously keep moving forward.
What caught my attention was the amount of money being dedicated to developing nations, especially for power. Something to think about with Kenny as you all get more comfortable over seas. There are several countries that are not war torn that may be viable for Kenny to build power plants in.
Tom has great contacts as the World Bank, but I am sure yours our better, it may be worth thinking about how to open a dialogue with them

There will also be considerable resources for rail in Africa and other places.. So much money, and the World Bank is always looking for techinical experts..
