DAGA has secured a room rate of $219 per night + tax and applicable fees for Wednesday, May 11 on a limited basis and Thursday, May 12 only. Please note that the Ritz-Carlton cannot offer that rate after our program has concluded due to a number of city-wide events that weekend. Rooms are limited and we cannot guarantee the rate or availability if the room block sells out. _The room block will close on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 and DAGA cannot guarantee rate or room availability after that date. _The Ritz Carlton requires a deposit for your first night’s stay and a credit card number when you reserve your room; as always, you are responsible making your reservation and for hotel costs. In the event you need to cancel, we will do our best to resell your room, but if we cannot, and you cancel any later than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival, you will be responsible for the hotel’s cancellation fee of one night’s charge plus tax.
