Friday was a little hectic so just wanted to sync up and resolve where we are with Sam. Logic trail:

1. We're not going to bend on his comments back on the board agreement and;
a. he doesn't move forward and we agree to a tail on any current intros 'in play', or;
b. he agrees to no changes and;
2. He signs the agreement and we reiterate to him that if he doesn't produce results in 12 months his second traunches of equity will not vest (2/3 of 2.88%).

So we're taking a flyer (aka risk); 0.928% of the RREAF equity.
