I wanted to share with you my first draft of the white paper. It still
needs some work and I will be back to it later today. At this point I would
appreciate some general comments. Let me know if I am missing any major
points. I will plan on sending out a revised version at some point
tomorrow.

Thanks again for convening the call this morning and for offering to take
the lead on drafting up the documents. Attached is the initial proposal we
drafted in January. I think the structure and budgetary portions are still
relevant (with the executive director tbd), but the mission & vision has
become more defined - particularly as it applies to collaboration with the
NEC Commission. Let me know if you have any questions or need any assistance
in putting together the drafts. Am happy to help.
