I wanted to let you know that I recently moved my law practice and joined some colleagues to form a new law firm that will focus almost exclusively on political law and related matters. This will include representing clients on the campaign finance, government ethics, FCPA/anti-corruption and lobbying laws as well as Congressional & IG investigations and nonprofit law. Our new firm, Berke Farah LLP, includes Elliot Berke, who co-chaired the McGuire Woods political law group with me. John Kern, a highly regarded member of the white collar defense bar in Washington D.C., whom Elliot and I know from working on a number of political investigations over the years, will also be working with us on certain representations.
