If we could control our own lock box on the work we'd do for it as a firm and reserve a portion like we're paying a mortgage we should strongly consider doing it. Obviously need to get a little more comfortable with Paul and team but I am inclined to take the gamble. We could also protect downside with secondary sales along the way. It's also about trusting this guy at the end of the day. Counting in that. I'm with you on this one though.
