Mark,

Thank you for bringing Nick in to meet with myself and Devon. We've been looking through the dataroom with the team here at RSTP and have a few questions about the path to profitability.

We see that you hit profitability earlier in the conservative case according to the model, but that subsequent growth is not as explosive as the growth case version. Is there a scenario you have modelled out where you hit profitability even earlier than the conservative case and perhaps use those funds to fuel growth organically instead of with an outside injection for advertising spend?

Secondly, I note that amex payments are only taken through paypal. Could you speak to that a little bit, and perhaps give an overview of the payment processing relationships you have and any concerns going forward?
